	       <title>Affirmative action in India</title>
	        <link>http://www.silentchange.org/articles/html/affirmativeAction.html</link>
	        <description>
	        An able individual can only take able responsibilities when an opportunity strikes. Now, that the opportunities are there, the affirmative action

	       <title>Domestic wage structure and poverty in India.</title>
	        <link>http://www.silentchange.org/articles/html/minimumwage2.html</link>
	        <description>
	        Most of the domestic workers encounter a multi-faceted poverty. Historically, the domestic workers belong to the poorest families. The
			parents are unable to earn enough to support food for the family. They are themselves illiterate and do not qualify for better jobs. These
			people tend to take domestic cleaning, laundry etc jobs. Now at these measly wages they can work everyday 8 hours a day and still be poor.

	       <title>Are we all well prepared for the challenges of future?</title>
	        <link>http://www.silentchange.org/articles/html/futurePreparation.html</link>
	        <description>
	        How will Indian industry and development react if we lose the major share of Back Office Providers to Brazil, Russia, Ireland, Poland, China, Ukraine or may be Zambia? Yes, Zambia too. Recently, I was reading a
			talk given at Sloan School of Management, MIT . "Why not Zambia?", where they were comparing that Zambia may be an even cheaper option.
			Will the bubble burst or are we in a good enough shape to sustain such a challenge?
