Can a bottom up approach to reform—beginning with an individual—actually make a difference to the development of a nation? A small group of us asked our friends similar questions. These questions led to conversations that sparked a realization within all of us—that every individual has the power to influence their world and the responsibility to do so. Silent Change was created in an effort to involve you in this conversation. Very soon our conversation grew to include individuals from all corners of the globe and we have been fascinated by the changes that are trickling across society. This is just the beginning, and the evidence of our efforts may not be tangible on a national level. But the response has been powerful and encouraging. Today, we build on this enthusiasm and strive toward our goal—to invite every individual in our nation to this conversation and to this process of development.
